If you currently live in Houston or are from good old H-Town, head to www.chron.com and click on "Ultimate Houston" (it's on the right side of the page) to vote for your favorite Houston restaurants, bars, stores, etc. And while you're at it, vote for Molly & The Ringwalds for your favorite cover band (Baron and Megan, this is for you!). We went to see them for the first time ever at the Continental Club tonight, and they are fantastic. I was impressed that they even dress the part of an '80s band. I haven't seen those Keds in forever. But you really have to plan your night around going to see the Ringwalds because they start at 7. It's hard to start drinking (and be in the mood to dance) when the sun is still way up high in the sky!
The Ultimate Houston list also includes things like "favorite Houston socialite over 40." Who the heck has a favorite socialite?? Seriously. Needless to say, I abstained from questions like that.
Mikey and I are headed to San Antonio bright and early tomorrow to hang out with my dad's side of the family. I haven't seen any of them other than my dad since I graduated from high school, so I'm a little nervous. But we do plan to hit up Sea World if the weather is nice!! I could spend all day watching the seals and sea lions, so I'm excited about that part of the trip.

So when are you going to update your profile. I am sure that all your readers would love to know all your favorite stuff and when you were born and any other little detail. But maybe your trying to appear mysterious. Mysterious is good
