Museum-goers

What a blast we had at the Children's Museum with Stacey and her girls, Audrey and Sophie! Ryan stayed home with Grammy so I could really take it all in with William. At this point, William is too big for the Tot Spot, while the Tot Spot is perfect for Ryan's age and abilities. I have decided not to take them both by myself until Ryan is a bit older.

This is a new area (to us, at least). William liked the place where you could catch all sorts of "creatures" with nets. The most amazing thing we saw in this area was a mom of multiple kids sitting on the floor...reading a book! I can't imagine ever relaxing (and trusting my kids) enough at the Children's Museum to be able to get engrossed in a novel! I think it's mostly crazy and a little admirable.

Stacey showed us some areas we had never seen before. William really enjoyed riding the surf board/snow board. It's a fantastic test of balance.

How had we never experienced the water area?? We have been missing out! This picture of Sophie brings a smile to my face every time.

These girly girls love to get soaked!

William was not so into getting wet, but he still had a blast in the water area.

I think it would be fun to let the parents play while the kids stand back and watch.

He's lucky, and he knows it!

Thank you ladies for being the perfect museum companions!
