Happy Easter!

Let's pretend like this post isn't more than a month late, OK?

William didn't really know what was going on this Easter, but he was game to try the egg-hunting thing. I got him six large eggs, and he was over it by about number 3. It was fun to watch him spot the eggs in the yard. The kid loves to point, and giant colored eggs are a pointer's dream!

After the hunt was over, we headed to The House of Blues for a gospel brunch with Mikey's extended family. I loved it! It was such a unique experience. William was mesmerized by the lights and the music for most of the time. Mikey's cousins were sitting toward the front, and they caught the singers' eyes with their singing and dancing. So they ended up standing up front and having some fun for several songs.

I'm guessing Party Boy was out of Easter Bunny costumes, so Bugs Bunny it was. Very strange.

Now that's a sign of a good day!
