Regardless of the life lessons not yet learned, we have really enjoyed hanging out with friends over the last couple of months. I will share a few of the many pics I took. I can't resist capturing all these cuties!

Colton knows that playing with other people's toys is so much more fun than playing with your own.

Twins Jackson and Colton making beautiful music! At least that's what I'm telling myself. Something tells me it's good my memory fails me on this one.
We went to the park to let the boys run around and tire themselves out. I'm not sure that has ever worked for William. He seems to have boundless energy.
Although this picture is rather blurry, I LOVE it! Jackson decided to take the ball William had been playing with. My little man looks like he's about to explode.
I hosted a playgroup where people could get their kids' hand and footprints turned into little pieces of art, and the following pics are from that day. It was boy city over here! I think I counted nine boys and one girl...and the girl is a newborn, so she wasn't able to boss the boys around just yet.

William really wanted to show Jaxton how it's done in the kitchen.

"Jaxton, things would be great if you would move about five feet to your right and observe the master at work."

Jaxton got to play in peace on the fire truck for about four seconds while William was otherwise occupied.

William actually sat on the fire truck behind him. Keep in mind this is not a toy built for two. I took a picture of the shenanigans, but you couldn't even tell W was on it from that angle because W was SO close to Jaxton.
Baby Caroline representing for all the ladies out there!

It's a miracle our house was still standing after being taken over by all these boys.
Will was a perfect angel when it was his turn for the handprint. He actually asked if he could do it again. I guess it is a lot like very controlled finger-painting.
Check out Hunter's hair! Apparently it always looks like that. I love it!

Andrew (in green) was the big boy of the group. It cracks me up how kids will play with anyone's toys, no matter what age they are intended for. Then again, Mikey and I have been known to play with W's toys.

The classic Slinky was a big hit with Tyler.
We made a quick trip to the livestock show with our friends Cody and Leslie, and their baby, Carson. The boys liked the petting zoo, and it was fun to show them the real-live animals that we all read about in their books. I think they will really be into everything next year. I'm going to have to come up with a carnival game plan to convince W to spend $20 on something he really wants instead of wasting $20 or more and ending up with some four-foot-tall Tweety Bird or Scooby Doo.

It looks like W gave Jaxton the evil eye when they are were playing with the kitchen. Really funny!
